Evans commented on her latest Mimi Holliday swimwear collection by saying:

"I have always wanted to do a version of Mimi Holliday swimwear. I did dabble with Damaris mainline, producing a few bikinis annually, but didn't feel ready to expand there until I was completely satisfied. After road testing the collection in Ibiza over the summer, I felt confident I'd managed to create a swimwear collection that exuded understated sophistication.
